: Yet frightenly enough, we have a shot at doing it. BW might have started this with no idea, but he truely has stuck with it, and is always pushing us to do better. He has been very inspirational. Perhaps the secret is to be good enough yourself that you have some creiditability. Once you start drawing in a few 'good' people, others tend to follow.
I think the secret to any of our success is that BoneWolf knows all of our addresses and was in the army once...
