So far we have:

All textures in their own 8-bit palette and in Half-Life's wad file structure. The graphics look better than ever, since they are very-nearly in true color.

The sounds have been re-arranged into the HL structure. All 22 megs worth so far.

The skies have been fixed so that there are bmp versions rather than pcx.

We've improved some of the storyline so that we can take advantage of the HL engine's capabilities.

So we're ready to go with levels. Valve says the developer's kit will be out soon. We're looking at what needs to happen to get the models going again, and waiting for the DLL code.

1.5 months ago, we had mayan1.bsp running in HL as a test. So things are looking good so far. However, seems that most of the team spends all day playing HL! Hehehe
