I'm not one of the "Gunman Gang" but I think they have quite a few models done (or almost done) and some maps and textures...but we (we meaning everyone in the whole world) need that SDK!!
(P.S. can I have a "Gunman Gang" T-shirt? so that if I enter your "turf" you won't "bust a cap" :)
