Undo command

This is the standard Undo command. You can set the Undo history in Tools->Options->General Options.

Note: if you are getting low memory warnings, it may help if you set the number of undo levels to a lower value.

Redo command

This allows you to Redo a previous command. The Redo history is the same size as the Undo history.

Disable Undo/Redo

In certain situations, it may be wise to disable the Undo/Redo function. For example, if you are doing something that will require a rather large memory footprint, like deleting a large portion of your map. Its also probably a good idea to save your map before you do this, just in case.

Cut/Copy/Paste

These all follow the Windows standards, and do exactly what their name implies.

Paste special...

See the Paste Special dialog for information.

Delete

Useful for deleting things. Can also delete and delete. In extreme situations, you can also delete.

Clear selection

This will clear all selections. This is useful when the object selected is not visible in the current 2D or 3D windows.

Select all

This will select everything visible in the current map. This can be useful for VisGrouping.

Properties

This will bring up the currently selected object's Properties dialog.
